我还有理由对孩子担心和焦虑！？
从广州参加家庭幸福研修班回来正好一个月，在这一个月里，我自己也忙着学习，忙着工作，我真的感叹自己真是忙的竟然一次成长的记录都没抽空写。怪不得我还是感觉对孩子和老公不够了解呢！自己有时还是焦虑！原来原因是我仅仅有态度还是不够的，没有把学习的理念落到实处，才是我的大毛病。原来老公说我不落实我还觉得自己做的蛮好，缺少了自己的觉察和认识。今天我通过UC，有幸听了一休老师的课，听着一休老师把教官们和孩子们的六天午夜的描述的那个热情，一直说说了两个多小时。那是什么？那是教官们对孩子的信任和和孩子们碰撞的心灵的火花！一点一滴都印在教官们的心里！都是教官们用心浇灌出来的。我想作为一个母亲，比起教官们，我做的远远不够！我现在知道教官们为什么那么关心那么珍爱孩子们！了解孩子那么多！UC分享的那么好！进步那么的快！那是因为教官们对生命充分的尊重、理解、信任、帮助、包容、接纳。赏识教育正在传承着每个父母应有的对孩子的爱：即使全天下的人都看不起我的孩子，我也要包含热泪的欣赏他、赞美他、亲吻他、拥抱他，为自己创造的生命——这个万物之灵而永远骄傲！快乐营的孩子会快乐、会开心、会成长！一休老师分享了很多，分享了三个法宝：法宝一永远包容的微笑，法宝二陪伴孩子，法宝三给予孩子责任和成长的机会，最关键的让孩子感受安全感！内在的期许和信任，了解孩子的需求，关爱珍爱很重要！
为什我在家里还会对孩子担心和焦虑呢？我毫不犹豫的向一休老师提出这个问题！
一休老师回答：对孩子的担心和焦虑其实对自己的担心和焦虑的投射！这源自于自己对自己没有信心！
一休老师结合自己的成长感受提出要关注自己和孩子的每一天的成长进步，最好每天做好记录，甚至是每时每刻，坚持下去，记录成长的每一步！让自己觉得自己做的是很好的。孩子做的是很好的。邀请先生赏识自己和孩子的进步！
