中央教育科学研究所推行赏识教育

　　中央教育科学研究所主办了“未成年人思想道德建设与赏识教育研讨会”。北京师范大学附属中学、中国人民大学附属中学、景山学校等36所北京市知名学校的校长、副校长和分管德育建设的负责人参加了会议，与会者一致认为，中共中央、国务院联合下发的“进一步加强未成年人思想道德教育建设的若干意见”，在现行历

史进程中是十分及时和重要的。思想道德教育不能流于形式，要切实走进孩子心灵，走出教育误区。而赏识教育正是这样一种顺应时代潮流、充满人文关怀的全新教育理念。

　　赏识教育是全国教育科学“十五”规划教育部重点课题，也是中央教育科学研究所的科研成果，其是发掘孩子生命潜能的教育，是打破传统功利色彩注重生命发光放彩的教育，它追求的是生命的自信与尊严，它倡导的是成长的快乐与喜悦。

　　该所所长朱小蔓教授表示，当今社会处于激烈的变迁和转型之中，加强青少年思想道德建设，越来越成为关系党和国家前途命运的战略问题。学校是未成年人思想道德建设的主阵地，更新德育理念、方法、手段和途径，是我国中小学德育理论与实践的重大课题。而由周弘等人经过多年探索与研究，倡导的“赏识教育”正是这样一种优质资源，它充分体现了以人为本、人本关怀的现代教育思想，它不仅是家庭教育的法宝，也是加强未成年人思想道德建设的法宝。

　　“赏识教育”是中国陶行知研究会赏识教育研究所所长、被誉为“中国第一位觉醒的父亲”的周弘用20年时间探索的结果，他在会上提出：现代社会对家庭教育的需求，已彰显着对传统家教观念的反叛。其基点就是，加强未成年人思想道德教育，需要觉醒的父母，需要觉醒的家长。

　　陶行知的学生，中国陶行知研究会会长方明表示，陶行知是人民的教育家，他倡导的“爱满天下”的教育理念，曾经激励了无数教育工作者。赏识教育正是在陶行知教育思想的理论基础上，建构出自身的体系，是充满了人文思想的现代教育理念。

　　与会者认为，未成年人思想道德必须改变传统观念，才能适应新时代新要求。赏识教育理念顺应了时代的发展，能够在成人与孩子之间架起沟通桥梁，引导孩子热爱生命，心灵舒展，在加强未成年思想道德建设中，赏识教育必不可少。朱小蔓教授表示，研究所还会进一步加大研究和推广力度，将其与未成人思想道德教育结合起来，尽快将赏识教育的思想和理念在全社会普及开来。
