江山易改，本性难易。
人最大的敌人就是自己。
战胜自己是最困难的事情，平常的习惯无论是行为还是思维都是一样的难改。所以没有一定的外在条件，估计谁都不会去想着把自己改变改变。
当一个人觉得痛苦得无计可施、没有退路的时候，一旦明白就会心甘情愿义无反顾地去改变自己。其实当找到该是如何改变的时候，改变就变得非常容易。因为改变以后尝到的是无尽的甜头。

Paolo:Well Ken,there are a few things you need to know about Americans.

Paolo:Firstly,Americans like fancy clothing. So you should buy some "name brand"items.

Paolo:Well,Americans like to fight! So you take up some karate classes and be ready for anythings.
Ken:Who told you these?
Paolo:Nobody.I learned it all from American movies.
Ken:Paolo,Movies are not reallity.All I learned from Italy movies is that I should watch out for mafia and my mother in-law.

Traveling to a foreign country is a lot of fun. While relaxing and enjoying yourself, you can also learn about the country that you are visiting by exploring a National Park or visiting a famous landmark.
A National Park is a protected area where you can see animals and plants in their national habitat.
Great examples are the Kruger National Park in South Africa  and the Akan National Park in Japan.
A landmark is something historically important that the local goverment of a country looks after like the Empir State building or the Great Wall.of China.

译：到国外旅行是非常有趣的事情，当你在享受和休闲的同时，你还可以去探索一下当地的国家公园或地区标志物来了解更多这个国家的相关信息。
国家公园是一个自然保护区，其中可以看到动物和植物在自然的环境下生长。

传统思维对应该放下而没有放下的原因：
1、不知道这种做法是错的；
2、受习惯所支配；
3、不知道放下以后应该怎么做而不敢放下，也就是看不清。
一旦明白应该如何放下，就出现周弘老师讲的“一念之间，易如反掌”。

曾有过一段时间听UC课的时候，主要是一种“哦，这事应该这样；哦，那事应该那样”的学习状态，同时还有很强的模糊不清的感觉；
现在听UC课的时候，当然还有“哦，这事应该这样；哦，那事应该那样”的学习状态，所不同的是，对老师们所讲的有些状况已经有了经历后的认同感，那就是“放下”后的清晰、轻松、简单的感觉。
